Look with a whole heart

This has been a goal of mine lately.

To see God more.

I was at a mini-conference a few weeks ago called "Engage." It brought different people from different religions and backgrounds together to show how the church can go out and be the church - Showing/giving love to the community.

One of the speakers there made the comment at one point that Jesus constantly was seeing God in everything, everywhere He went.
Jesus would give examples of God and His love; in the synagogue, out in a field, around all kinds of people, through various stories, etc.

Jesus was constantly showing people different ways to connect with God.

Sometimes it can be hard to see God.
An example that comes to mind is with church:
Think about going to church. You get there and hear or see what will be talked about that day. You have heard this particular topic many different times and you think you know all there is to know about it. In my opinion there are two different attitudes you can have:

1) Be closed off, your not going to get anything out of this. This isn't for me.
"I've heard this message a thousand times."

Or

2) Listen intently and see what you can get out of it. See what God is trying to speak to you through it.

Jeremiah 29:13 (NLT)
If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me.

The word wholehearted is defined as; fully or completely sincere, enthusiastic, energetic, etc.
Look for God fully, completely.

The more you wholeheartedly start looking for God, the more you will find Him, the more you will see Him.
