Make it a lifestyle

Like a city on a hill. Shine.
Like a lamp on a stand. Shine.
Shine so others can see.
Shine so God can be seen.

In this season that we are in, consumption takes a front row seat.
It's not enough to consume though.
True, consumption is, in a way, very important. We can't survive without it — to some extent.
But, after the consumption there needs to be some kind of application and use of it all.
If not, what is the point?
You can only fill something up so much before it breaks.

This is where our lives come into play. We consume yes, but we get so we can give.
This is what the church in acts did. They took what they had (what they had for consumption) and gave it all away to each other and whoever else needed it.
They used their lives to show love and shine through the dark.

It was more than a season.
It was a lifestyle.
